High impact change begins the moment you sign up for individual One-On-One coaching with Leader's Edge Coaching. Signing up takes less than 5 minutes. Once enrolled, you'll immediately receive a link to complete your customized, personal assessment and an invitation to schedule a Zoom call with our Coaching Coordinator to select the coach best prepared to provide the support and guidance you deserve.

Online Assessment
We spend time up front understanding what makes you tick.
Using our unique assessment tool, we get to know your real estate skill set, competencies, strengths, and weaknesses. Every step of the coaching process takes into account your needs and your goals. The result is a truly customized experience.
After completing the assessment, our Intake Coordinator reviews your results with you in a one-on-one interview. We make sure we match you with the perfect coach to take you where you want to go.

Matching You with Your Coach
All of our coaches are highly experienced real estate professionals with an average of more than 15 years of experience.
Some coaches are strong generalists who can help you address every area of your business. Some coaches have deep expertise in sales fundamentals, the luxury property market, organization and systems, marketing and social media, and team building and management.
We’ll match you with the coach that’s uniquely right for you.
Personal Video Sessions with Your Coach You meet regularly with your personal coach using the latest video conference technology. We don’t just hear what you tell us, we see it, creating a stronger bond between you and your coach. You have confidence that you have your coach’s undivided attention. Coaching clients meet with their coach twice per month.
