Where it all began
Leader’s Edge Coaching is the premier division of Leader’s Edge Training, founded in 2008 by Chris Leader, a master trainer and successful real estate entrepreneur. What began as a training company soon evolved into something even more impactful—coaching programs that could support agents in a more personal and lasting way.
Today, Leader’s Edge Coaching is led by Chris Leader and Chris Mygatt, two of the most respected names in real estate education. Together, they’ve built a team of elite coaches who bring real-world experience, proven systems, and a passion for helping agents succeed on their own terms.
