Terms & Conditions
All of us at Leader’s Edge Coaching (LEC) are honored that you have put your trust and confidence in us to help you grow your real estate business. These Terms and Conditions have been created to ensure the highest likelihood of client success based on historical experiences. 1. Contract Term and Cancellation Policy
The term of this contract is six months. Thereafter, the contract will automatically renew from month to month until cancelled or terminated. The coaching service is not cancellable within the first six months (12-coaching sessions). If you wish to cancel after the first six-month period, please submit your request via email to admin@leccoach.com.
Cancellation of all services will take effect on the last day of the following month (e.g. a cancellation request received any day in April will take effect on May 31). Until cancelation date, Client shall have access to all One-On-One coaching benefits. All unpaid balances upon termination of the contract must immediately be paid in full. If you believe you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of the error by calling our office toll free at 866-607-7999. If we do not hear from you within 30 days after the billing took place, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you and you release us from all claims of loss resulting from the error or discrepancy.
2. Payments
You will provide a valid credit card for payment at time of sign up through our secure, online, point of sale system. You understand that you are responsible for all fees and interest charged by your credit card or debit card provider. Installment payments are paid in advance of the service being provided. Your first payment made (at time of signing up), will be applied to your first full month of coaching. For example, if you sign up for coaching services on May 10th, that payment will be applied as your June 1st payment, and you will receive your first two monthly coaching sessions starting in June. Payments will be processed from your credit card or debit card on the first day of each subsequent month following the first month of coaching. You will be charged every month until you cancel your subscription based on the terms and conditions outlined in Section 1 of this agreement (but in no case less than 6-months from first full month of coaching). It is your responsibly to ensure that you complete two sessions with your coach each month. If you need to change a session, schedule that change directly with your coach.
3. Refund Policy
Leader's Edge Training has a strict no refund policy. As a One-On-One Coaching client, you are responsible for working with your coach to schedule your videoconference sessions each month. If an appointment must be rescheduled, it is to take place within 48 hours of the original date. Clients will not be refunded for sessions that are missed due to the client cancelling or not meeting their commitments.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Leader's Edge Coaching as well as its directors, officers, agents, employees, and independent contractors and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including legal fees arising from your use of Leader's Edge Coaching services or from your breach of this contract.
VERY IMPORTANT: Although all of the business and sales recommendations and technics provided by LEC or your coach have been proven to be legal and successful, we expect you to confirm the legality and appropriateness of any strategies or technics offered or recommended by your coach or LEC directly with your employing broker or office manager.
